In conformity with the performance of the students for the second and third grading period, all schools are advised to submit the results by accomplishing the template found in deped.in/dasmacid. Likewise, hard copies are also expected particularly on the intervention made for the least mastered skills. Due date for the submission of this report will be on February 13, 2017.
