1 The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas is responsive to its mandate of providing quality and liberating education to learners. Improving access, quality and governance of education can only be done through the aid of evidence-based policy. Similarly, the city division is a strong advocate of the SCOUTERS ROCK of the TEA Governance specifically Item 7, Recognize and scale up research-enabled best practices of exemplary performance to sustain a culture of excellence.
2. To continuously propagate the culture of research, this Office will craft the 1st Division Research Journal on February 13, 2017 at Dasmarinas National High School, 8:00-5:00 PM to document research studies conducted to serve as guide for the succeeding researchers. Furthermore, this activity shall be an avenue to provide technical assistance to teacher-researchers who will submit research proposal to BERF.
3. The list of participants to this writeshop is attached to this memorandum and are expected bring laptop, extension wire and soft copy of their research paper.
4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
