1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 110, s. 2024 titled “Regional Training of Division Trainers and School Leaders on the MATATAG Curriculum Implementation”, this Office will conduct the Division Training of Trainers and School Leaders on the MATATAG Curriculum Implementation on April 29 to May 3, 2024, at venue to be disseminated in a separate memorandum.
2. This activity focuses on providing professional development support for teachers and school leaders ensuring that they have an in-depth understanding of the general shape of the MATATAG curriculum. Specifically, it aims to equip them with necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to effectively implement the said curriculum.
3. Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS) shall facilitate the selection of the participants who will serve as cluster trainers. To ensure quality of training, all participants shall have the following qualifications:
a. a master’s degree (for all grade levels) aligned with learning area specialization (for grades 4 and 7);
b. with teaching experience related to Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 4, and Grade 7;
c. have trainings attended and conducted relevant to the learning area assigned; and
d. at least Very Satisfactory rating in IPCRF (FY 2023);
e. with updated PRC or if not attached the copy of the duly accomplished/ approved PRC renewal form indicating the schedule.
4. Participants must pre-register and upload the PRC Curriculum Vitae and
scanned of updated PRC license to the link: bit.ly/SDODasmaMATATAG on or before
March 12, 2024, at 3:00PM.
