1. Pursuant to DepEd Order 2, s. 2015, re: Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education, DepEd Memorandum 008, s.2022, re: Multi-year Guidelines on the Results-Based Performance Management System — Philippines Professional Standards for Teachers, and Division Memorandum No. 504, s. 2023 re: RPMS-PPST Cycle Timeline and Performance Management Activities for School-Based Personnel for School Year 2023-2024, this Office shall conduct RPMS Midyear Performance Review for all School Principals, Assistant Principals, Head Teachers, Master Teachers, and all school-based non-teaching personnel on March 19-21, 2024 in a venue to be announced on a separate memorandum.

2. The Division Performance Management Team (PMT) members together with the PSDSs and Parent Supervisors shall be assigned to cluster of schools to lead the said activity. Please see attachment for the team assignment. Likewise, the team shall convene on March 15, 2024 at the Division Conference Room to discuss the process relative to the conduct of the said midyear performance review activity.

3. Concerned personnel shall initially prepare accomplished Office Performance Commitment and Review Form (OPCRF) for School Principals and Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) for Assistant Principals, Master Teachers, Head Teachers, and other non-teaching personnel with corresponding MOVs that covers accomplishments from August 2023 to January 2024. In addition, accomplished Performance Monitoring and Coaching Form (PMCF) shall also be prepared by the School Principals, Assistant Principals, Head Teachers, and Master Teachers.
