Relative to the program proposal of the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council of the City of Dasmariñas titled School-Based Help Desk for Anti-Drug Abuse Among High School Students, this Division hereby requests all public secondary schools to accomplish this google form link https://bit.ly/DrugRelatedIncidents. This will be relevant in selecting pilot schools for the program.
2. All school heads are expected to facilitate distribution of the link on or before April 30, 2024, 5:00 PM.
