1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 197, s. 2024 and Division Memorandum No. 222, s. 2024, and with reference to DepEd Memorandum No. 016, s. 2024 and the Advisory from the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Curriculum and Teaching-Education Assessment and Alternative Education dated April 11, 2024, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, directs the attention of all concerned testing personnel to the following latest updates, guidelines, and instructions re: ELLNA Administration for SY 2023-2024:
a. Administration of ELLNA is rescheduled from April 17, 2024 to MAY 15, 2024. The ELLNA will be administered to all current Grade 3 learners in all public schools for SY 2023-2024.
b. To address the logistical arrangements in the conduct of ELLNA, all participating schools shall encode the names of ELLNA Room Examiners and Supervising Examiners in this link: https://tinyurl.com/DASMARoomExaminers until April 19, 2024, 5:00 pm. A separate Division Memorandum shall be issued to include the List of Room Examiners and Supervising Examiners and their respective assignments.
c. Virtual orientation via MS Teams shall be held on May 9, 2024 (9:00 am) for Chief Examiners (School Heads), School Testing Coordinators, Room Examiners, and Supervising Examiners.
