1. Relative to DepEd Order No.029, s.2022 titled Adoption of the Basic Education Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (BEMEF) that aims to guide all operating units across governance levels in the conduct of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) initiatives, this Office shall implement Program Implementation Review and Plan Adjustment (PIRPA) as the platform of the Division and Schools to report the accomplishments of outputs in terms of efficiency and corresponding budget utilization.
2. With this, the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Adjustment (MEA) that the CSDO is currently implementing which aims to monitor and evaluate the implementation of Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) at the Division and Schools shall now transition to Program Implementation Review and Plan Adjustment (PIRPA).
3. The objectives in the conduct of PIRPA are:
a. report the status of the major programs, projects, and activities based on the implementation plan, and committed outputs;
b. present the status of completed outputs, ongoing outputs, scheduled outputs, additional outputs, and terminated outputs;
c. present the overall assessments of PPAs;
d. present the issues and concerns in the implementation of the PPAs; and
e. present the reasons for underachievement! overachievement and the catchup plan.
4. The schedule of the quarterly PIRPA in the schools, required reports, and date of submission shall be discussed during the kuMEstahan on April 8, 2024 at 9AM via Google Meet. Participants are the EPSs, PSDSs, AIP Focal Persons, MOOE Coordinators, School Heads, and M&E School Coordinators.
