1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 338, s. 2024 titled the 9th DepEd CALABARZON Gawad Patnugot Stage 2 Qualifiers, this office through the SGOD-HRTD announces the Conduct of Meeting on May 20, 2024, 1:00 PM at CSDO Conference Room to discuss necessary preparations for the regional onsite validation.
2. Concerned Qualifiers are advised to coordinate and communicate with their respective school heads to make appropriate measures to ensure that no classes will be disrupted.
3. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
4. Enclosed is the list of participants to the said meeting. Alternate representative shall not be allowed.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
