Authority is hereby given to Ms. Theresa Yemma Calubag, Project Development Officer II-DRRM, to conduct a School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Coordinators’ Year-End Planning, Evaluation & Monitoring virtual meeting on January 11, 2023, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM via Zoom Cloud platform. Participants of the meeting will be all SDRRM Coordinators.
The agenda of the activity are as follows:
1. School DRRM 2022 Accomplishments;
2. Presentation of CSS Monitoring Tool; and
3. Finalization of SDRRM Calendar of Activities and Plans of Actions for DRRM CCA/1EC/EiE activities.
In line with this, all SDRRM coordinators are advised to submit reports through the link on or before January 10, 2023.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is desired.
