1. In connection to the upcoming various sports competitions, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas announces the conduct of Public Schools Inter Cluster Meet and DIPSSAA (Dasmarinas Inter Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association) Sports Competition 2023 on February 16-18, 2022. This preliminary sports level competition for public elementary and secondary schools aims to select the potential, most qualified student-athletes for individual sports events and the best schools for team sport events to represent in the level of competition.
2. To ensure the successful conduct of the 2023 Inter Cluster Meet and DIPSSAA sports competition, the following activities are to be undertaken as follows:

3. Screening and evaluation of student- athletes and teacher – coaches’ documents shall be held on February 13-14, 2023 at Dasmariñas II Central School Library, to be led by assigned Division Screening and Accreditation Committee (DSAC). Assigned school/cluster screening-in-charge shall check the completeness of documentary requirements before submitting the folders on February 13, 2023. Failure to comply with the schedule submission will automatically disqualify the concerned athletes /teams to participate in the competition. No documents, No play policy.
4. Participation rules and competition guidelines in accordance to DepEd Memorandum No. 005 s.2023 , the 2023 Regional Sports Competition and Palarong Pambansa Board & Secretariat guidelines shall govern the conduct of this Inter Cluster and DIPSSAA sports competitions.
5. Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Chaperons, Trainers, Delegation members and Technical Officials who render services during weekends shall be given Service Credits and Compensatory Overtime Credits (COC) for the non-teaching personnel based on the actual services rendered prior to and during the DIPSAA/Inter Cluster/ City Meet. (DepEd Memorandum No. 65 s, 2021/ DepEd Order No. 53 s. 2003).
