1. Pursuant to DepEd Memo No. 16, s.2017, re: Administration of the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE), School Year 2016-2017 for Grade 9 students on March 1 to 2, 2017, this Office provides the field of the LIST AND TESTING CENTER ASSIGNMENT OF DESIGNATED ROOM EXAMINERS AND SUPERVISORS from both public and private schools.
2. In connection, the designated room examiners and supervisors should have been oriented on the standardized procedure of administration of the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) by their School Heads or School Testing Coordinators prior to the actual conduct of NCAE. They are required to report at their testing center assignment, 6:30 in the morning of Day 1 and 2.
3. The Private Schools Supervisor, Division Parent Supervisor of secondary schools and Public Schools District Supervisors in this Division are advised to assist their respective cluster in addressing issues and concerns relative to the conduct of the NCAE.
4. Prompt dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
