In compliance to the Memorandum DM-CI-2017-00038 regarding submission of data of visually impaired teachers signed by the Undersecretary for Curriculum and Instruction Dina S. Ocampo, may we request all schools to supply the data on visually impaired teachers on or before March 20, 2017 as basis of allocation for Teacher’s Guide/Manual. Please see attached template to be used for this purpose.
Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
