1. This Office, through the CID-Learning Resource Management and Development, resumes the conduct of the Division Monitoring of School Learning Resources (LRs) on June 6-8, 2023. This activity aims to gather and validate data on the availability and utilization of learning resources, identify the gaps, and consolidate these data for appropriate interventions. The following schools will be visited in this three-day monitoring activity:

2. The Division LR Monitoring Team shall be spearheaded by LR Education Program Supervisor Leylanie Adao and respective Public School District Supervisor per cluster with the following members:

a. Rowena R. Cariaga – Education Program Supervisor, Mathematics
b. Joel Salazar – Education Program Supervisor, EPP/TLE/TVL
c. Vic B. Villador – Education Program Supervisor, Science
d. Carlou Adao – IT Officer
e. Marites Chavez – Librarian II
f. Katrezia Fiel Macawile – Project Development Officer II

3. Schools are expected to prepare and present the following documents:

a. School Annual Inventory Report of Print Learning Materials
b. Report on LR Utilization (LMS, Course Guides)
c. Inventory of Science, Math, and EPP/TLE/TVL Equipment
d. Inventory of Tablets, Laptops Issued by DepEd and LGU
e. Report on DepEd Computerization Program
