1. In compliance to Part X. Grievance, Paragraph 69 of DepEd Order No. 02, s. 2015 titled “Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education”, which states that “A Grievance Committee shall be created in each level of the organization to act as appeals board on all issues relating to the implementation of RPMS”. This Division hereby informs the field of the re-composition of the Division Grievance Committee on RPMS.
