1. Relative to the Calendar of Activities of the GSP Cavite Council, the field is hereby informed that there will be a Patrol Leaders’ Training Course (PLTC) for Junior Girl Scouts on May 6, 2023, 7:30 to 5:00 PM at Dasmarinas II Central School, Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
2. This is a one-day voluntary training for scouts to enhance their knowledge and skills in handling their patrol regarding scouting that they can be used during the camp.
3. Participants to this activity are at least 10 registered Patrol Leader Scouts per school with a registration fee of Php120.00 to cover badges, materials and other expenses relative to the conduct of the activity. No Registration Fee will be collected from the Troop Leaders hence, they will receive a Certificate of Participation and one-day service credit pursuant to DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2005 entitled Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers for their participation in meetings, performances and activities which are beyond their regular teaching load.
4. Parents’ permit is also required upon joining the activity. Likewise, Troop Leaders shall ensure the safety and welfare of the scouters throughout the entire duration of the said activity.
5. Attire for this training is girls camp uniform (white t-shirt with logo & bermuda shorts) for Patrol Leaders and Adult Polo shirts and pants for Troop Leaders.
