1. In reference to Division Memorandum (DM) No. 110, s. 2023 re: Submission of Quarterly Contextualized Assessment Data for Reading and Numeracy for SY 2022- 2023, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, directs all schools to accomplish and submit required data of Quarters III and IV for the following key stages: [a] Key Stage 1 (Grades 1-3), [b] Key Stage 2 (Grades 4-6), [c] Key Stage 3 (Grades 7-10), and [d] Key Stage 4 (Grades 11-12). Instructions and deadlines of accomplishment are on DM 110, s. 2023.
2. All concerned teachers, teacher-coordinators, School Heads, Public Schools District Supervisors, and Education Program Supervisors are reminded to ensure accuracy and consistency of submitted data: the total enrolment vis-à-vis the total number of learners assessed in Literacy (English and Filipino) and Numeracy.
