Window for the Administration of the National Learning Camp Assessment for
Grades 7 and 8 Learners for School Year 2022-2023 released last June 26, 2023,
this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division and ICT Services Unit, informs all public secondary schools of such extension. The administration of the NLC Assessment is extended until July 14, 2023. Everyone is enjoined to refer to the attached copy of Memorandum DM-CT-2023-187.

2. This extension of the testing window intends to offset the backlogs in the

inaccessibility of the LMS.

3. If in case that a school has already maximized all available resources (e.g.
human, equipment) and exerted all efforts to ensure that all Grades 7 and 8 learners are able to take the NLC Assessment, the school may opt to end the administration of NLCA until July 7, 2023, which is the initial termination date of the testing window. However, should a school decides to continue the NLCA administration beyond July 7, 2023 and until July 14, 2023, all concerned School Heads and School Testing Coordinators are advised to inform the Division Testing Coordinator in-charge of NLCA of such extension and to continue accomplishing the monitoring link: https://tinyurl.com/NLCAssessmentDasma by encoding the required data, including the number of target and actual examinees, issues and concerns
