1. Relative to OUA Memorandum 00-0122-0065 “Conduct of Trainings for
Foundational Course on Adolescent Health, the Youth Formation and Development and School Health and Nutrition Unit and Trained Guidance
Counselor from Pag-Asa National High School have conducted the Foundational Course of Adolescent Reproductive Health-SDO Cascade to all respective school ARH Coordinators and Guidance Counselors/ Teachers last March 1 and 3, 2023.
2. The aforementioned training shall be cascaded by the trained ARH Coordinators and Guidance Counselors/ Teachers to school personnel in their jurisdiction within school year 2023-2024.

4. Moreover, inclusion of the following trainings and symposiums for secondary
learners with the help and coordination of POPCOM IV-A is highly encouraged.
a. Adolescent Health Development (AHD) with short film.
b. Teenage Pregnancy Symposium
c. Parent-Teen Talk
5. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
