1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No.035, s.2024 titled “2024 National Oplan Balik Eskwela” and Regional Memorandum No,451, s.2024 titled “Monitoring the Conduct of the National Learning Camp (NLC) and Other End of School Year Activities and SY 2024- 2025 Opening of Classes”, this Office announces the conduct of onsite monitoring for the opening of classes in all public elementary and secondary schools from July 29 onward to capture the actual situation in the schools.
2. In view of this, the Division Field Technical Assistance Teammates shall monitor schools’ compliance with the guidelines, ensure implementation according to standards and requirements, and identify issues and concerns for the provision of technical assistance.
3. Attached in this Memorandum is the updated composition of the DFTATs for FY 2024.
4. A copy of the monitoring tool is also included with this issuance to assist School Heads in preparing the necessary documents for presentation during the Division and Regional monitoring.
