n compliance to DepEd Order No. 11 s. 2014, re: Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of the Kindergarten Catch Up Education Program (KCEP), otherwise known as the Eight-week Kindergarten program of DepEd given during summer for prospective Grade I enrollees who have not attended or completed kindergarten classes as a pre-requisite for Grade I, this Division shall conduct the 2017 Summer Kindergarten Catch Up Education Program starting April 17, 2017 to May 26, 2017. This will be done simultaneously in all elementary schools/clusters in our Division.
Relative to this, corresponding service credit shall be given to Kindergarten teachers who will serve as facilitators during the conduct of the said activity as per DepEd Order No. 53, s.2003.
The Education Program Supervisor of Kindergarten, Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS) and School Heads shall monitor the conduct of the aforementioned activity.
