Attached is a copy of the letter from MELVIN V. VILLAS, Focal Person, Red Cross Youth- Cavite Chapter re 1ST BRANCH YOUTH COUNCILS AND RED CROSS YOUTH ADVISERS LEAGUE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS on February 17, 2018 at 1:00pm in Bulwagang Kongresyunal, Congressional Integrated High School. This activity aims to strengthen the councils by electing officers who will be helping the Philippine Red Cross in the intensification of Red Cross Youth programs and activities.
Expenses to this activity shall be charged to CANTEEN FUND subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
