Attached herewith is Memorandum Circular No. 2018 – 182 of the Department of the Interior and Local Government re: Adoption of Revised Pre – Marriage Orientation and Counseling (PMOC) Program Implementing Guidelines of 2018 which enjoins all local chief executives and all concerned to extend the necessary support in ensuring the widest dissemination and implementation of the program, provided that utmost consideration shall be given to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
