Attached is a copy of the letter from Ms. Pinky Legaspi, Vice President of Data Science and Technology Corporation, National Partner Committee, IRO-WRG-FIRA-WRS re: the invitation to send nominations for a Search for Weeemake Youth, Mentor and Institutional Innovation Ambassador Awards. Nominators may fill-out the form at https://genetic.edu.ph/nomination-form/ until October 30, 2020 for your appraisal with utmost consideration of and strict compliance to existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
Furthermore, if participation in the above-mentioned activity of teaching and/or non-teaching personnel of this Division is deemed necessary, please be reminded of the following conditions:
- that this Division Office be informed, in writing, of participation to said activity;
- participation/attendance is on a voluntary basis;
- expenses to be incurred by the participants shall be on a personal basis or sourced from a legitimate local government unit donor;
- strict observance of time-on-task policy; and
- strict compliance to no disruption of classes policy of the Department.
