Attached herewith is a letter of request of Philippine Elementary School Principals Association (PESPA) for support of this Division by allowing the public elementary and secondary School Heads to participate in the Principals Training and Development Program in Region IV-A with the theme: “RASH: Committed to Transparency, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence” from February 18 to 20, 2020 at the Hotel Supreme Convention Plaza, Magsaysay Avenue, Baguio City. Participants to this training are the school heads who did not attend the training conducted last December 10 to 12. 2020, for your appraisal with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time — On — Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
Moreover, attendance of participants shall be on official time only.
