Attached herewith is a letter from Krizzette M. Hernandez, President of the Junior Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers – Batangas State University (JPICHe-BatStateU), inviting interested participants to the Cheln Reaction 2022, for your appraisal with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
