Attached is the copy of the letter from the Office of Civil Defense CALABARZON as the chair of the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council CALABARZON re: Mobile Photography and Poem Recitation (video submission) contests for students in the region.
It is understood that engagement of schools in this activity is purely on voluntary basis and with utmost consideration to other existing DepEd guidelines and policies.
Furthermore, no government fund or local fund shall be utilized for the said purpose.
