Attached is the letter from Cavite Girl Scout Council Executive with the Commissioner on Administration/ Schools Division Superintendents and Officer-in-Charge regarding the National Teachers’ Month: Tribute to Troop Leaders this month of October. The main highlight of the tribute shall focus on troop leaders’ achievement as well as the impact they have made on the lives of the girls under their care. The complete details of the activity are provided in the GSP, Cavite Girl Scout Council Local Circular No. 2, s. 2020, for your appraisal with utmost consideration to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
Moreover, parental consent of student participants shall be secured and engagement in this virtual activity is on voluntary basis. Likewise, no government fund shall be used for this purpose.
