Furthermore, THE WILLINGNESS OF LEARNERS TO BE GIVEN FREE COPIES OF BIBLE BOOKLETS SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AND THAT ACTIVITIES RELATIVE TO THIS PROJECT SHOULD NOT AFFECT INSTITUTED MEASURES TO INCREASE TIME- ON- TASK AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE THEREWITH AS STIPULATED IN DepEd Order No. 9 s. 2015.
