Pursuant to the issued Unnumbered Memorandum dated November 15, 2022 on Submission of Reports and other Related Forms from the Items Distributed by the City Government of Dasmariñas, all concerned schools are hereby instructed to:
For Elementary Schools:
- pile and bundle all undistributed uniforms according to (a) gender and (b) sizes; and
- surrender the undistributed uniforms at the hallway of Bulwagang Sigasig on November 24, 2022 from 09:00am to 05:00pm only.
For Secondary Schools Concerned:
- defective gadgets may be surrendered to the Supply Office through the coordination of respective school property custodians;
- submit the copies of Property Acknowledgement Receipt and Terms and Conditions in two separate bundles per section and per school; and
- submit a copy of the school devised checklist/receiving copy on November 24, 2022 from 09:00am to 05:00pm only.
