In preparation for the internal audit this month, the ISO team of the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas gathered in a two-day Internal Quality Audit Training held at Congressional Integrated High School, May 7-8, 2018.

The training, facilitated by ISO Consultant Engr. Ingrid Manglapus and Quality Management Representative Dr. John Nepomuceno, focused on the crafting of the audit program and the orientation of the auditors about their responsibilities and tasks in the upcoming internal audit.

The process owners from the three main offices – the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent, the Curriculum Implementation Division, and the School Governance and Operations Division – sat together with the assigned auditors in an audit simulation. Feedback on the audit practice was given afterwards.
