1. In line with Division Order No. 08, s. 2018 re: “Division Standard on Assessment of Learners in Alternative Learning System “, the field is hereby informed of the repealing of this division order.
2. Thus, the use of the ALS Assessment of Basic Literacy (ABL) and Functional Literacy Test (FLT) will be the bases for qualifying of ALS learners in moving to the next level and for the registration in Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test.
3. All Division Orders and other related issuances, rules, regulations and provisions, which are inconsistent with these guidelines are hereby repealed, rescinded, or modified accordingly.
4. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Order is directed.
