In reference to Division Memorandum no. 89 s. 2015 in re: Project “DEW” (Division Excellent Workers) EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AWARDS the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will recognize exemplary performance of the non- teaching personnel and their services through appreciation and awards by conducting DIVISION SEARCH FOR GAWAD SIGASIG (Sipag, Galing, Sigla) SA PAGLILINGKOD
2. The Division Search for Gawad SIGASIG (Slpag, GAling, SIG1a) sa Paglilingkod aims to:
• create a standard to avail the employee benefits program;
• recognize exemplary performance of the staff members and their services;
• boost their morale and improve performance.
3. Participants to this search are the Non- Teaching Personnel of the entire City Schools Division of Dasmarinas.
4. Attached to this Memorandum are the policy and guidelines pertaining to the Division Search for Gawad SIGASIG.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
