1. The City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will be holding A SCHOOL DIVISION SEMINAR WORKSHOP ON FY 2017 BUDGET PREPARATION AND FY 2016 GUIDELINES ON THE RELEASE OF FUNDS on March 9-10, 2016 at Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort, Brgy. Capipisa, Tanza, Cavite.
2. This two- day Training Workshop aims to:
2.1 sustain the 2TBA and inform the department I agencies of the procedures, schedules and guidelines for the updating of the FY’s 2017 Forward Estimates (Fes);
2.2 prescribe the guidelines and procedure, Budget Preparation (BP) forms to be followed in the preparation of the FY 2017 budget proposal; and
2.3 to provide policies, procedures, rules and regulations on the release and utilization of funds and monitoring thereof- for FY 2016.
3. Participants to this activity are Thirty Nine (39) Elementary and Secondary School Heads; Eight (8) Senior Book Keepers and Eleven (11) division personnel. (Please see enclosure no. 1 for the list of participants)
4. Participants are advised to bring calculator for the activities to be performed.
5. Each participant shall be charged a registration fee of One Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 1, 200.00) per day chargeable against local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
6. Attached to this Memorandum are the matrices of activities, opening and closing program.
7. Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum is sincerely desired.
