1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 832 s. 2025, 2025 Dasmarinas City Athletic Association Meet (DCAAM), authority is hereby granted to Mr. Prudencio S. Pineda II, OIC-Education Program Supervisor (EPS) in MAPEH, and Mr. Miguel R. Melendres, Division Sports Officer (DSO), to conduct an onsite meeting for the Deliberation of Winning Student-Athletes, Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Chaperones of the recent 2025 DCAAM.
2. The meeting will be held on January 06, 2026, Tuesday, 1:00 PM, at Dasmarinas Integrated High School (DIHS) Library.
3. Participants of this meeting are Tournament Directors and Winning Coaches of 2025 DCAAM.
4. Attendance is a must.
5. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
6. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
