1. The field is hereby informed that the vaccination of the third and final dose of
HPV shall be held on January 19, 2024, at the 2nd floor of Bulwagang Sigasig
from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
2. All vaccinees are instructed to bring their vaccination card on the said date.
3. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
