Relative to DepEd Memorandum No. 108, s. 2025 titled Administration of the Computer-Based National Career Assessment Examination (CB-NCAE) for School Year 2025-2026 and Regional Memorandum No. 923, s. 2025 titled Regional Onsite Monitoring on the Administration of Computer-Based National Career Assessment Examination (CB-NCAE) SY 2025-2026, this Office announces the conduct of the onsite monitoring during regular class hours from January 7-30, 2026 for Public Schools and January 19-23, 2026 for Private Schools.
2. Attached are the composition of the monitoring team, their term of reference, and the monitoring tool to be utilized.
