1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No.721, s.2023 titled Delivery of Technical
Assistance on the Establishment of School Governance Council to Select Schools Division Offices, this Office announces the conduct of the Division Virtual Rollout of School Governance Council Functionality Assessment Tool on January 8, 2024 via Zoom Cloud App from 9am to 5pm.
2. The objective of the said activity is to orient the School Governance Council
officers on DepEd Order No.26, s.2022 and to familiarize the valid documents to be uploaded in the SGC Functionality Assessment Tool.
3. Participants in this activity are the Top Management, Chiefs, SGC Division
Composite Team, EPSs, PSDSs, all public elementary and secondary school heads, all designated and elected SGC co-chairs, and all elected SGC secretaries.
4. Designated SGC Co-Chairs are expected to encode the names of the SGC officers
through this link: http://tinyurl.com/SGCofficers22-25 on or before January 4, 2024.
