1. Relative to DepEd Order 31 s. 2020 Interim Policy Guidelines for Assessment and Grading in Light of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (Enclosure No. 1) to provide guidance on the assessment of student learning and on the grading scheme to be adopted this school year ensuring teaching and learning continuity safety, and wellbeing of its learners, teachers, and personnel, this mechanism is being issued to the field to assess learning in the new normal situation.
