1. Anent Division Memorandum No. 678, series 2023 titled 2023 Gawad Bayanihan and Division Education Summit, this Division hereby informs reiterates to the field the following reminders:
– The program begins at 01:30pm of January 06, 2024 at Fiat Lux Academe, Brgy. San Jose, City of Dasmariñas Attire is Modern Filipiniana
– Attendees are: School Heads, ASP and BE Coordinators, SPTA President
(preferably SY 2022-2023), incumbent Barangay Captain, one private partner
(optional)
– Merienda will be served for meal and only 1 (one) per identified sector above is allotted for the snacks
2. Performances during the ceremony shall be rendered by select public school
learners from the following:
Salawag National High School
Langkaan II National High School
Pag-asa National High School
Francisco E. Barzaga National High School
Schools shall ensure that learners have teacher supervision and that they have
been issued with necessary documentation for the off-campus activity on a Saturday.
3. ASP Coordinators shall have a meeting with the Social Mobilization and Networking Section on January 06, 2024, 08:00am-09:30am, at Bulwagang Kalinangan of the venue for the onsite tasking.
