1. Pursuant to DepEd OUGFO Memorandum No. 2022-03-3666 titled Updated Instruction on School Reporting for the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), this Division through the School Governance and Operations provides guidance on school’s reporting for the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps.)
2. Schools shall provide the necessary support to the DSWD in monitoring the 4Ps learner-beneficiaries as long as such support will not undermine the department’s objective of lessening the non-teaching workload of teachers.
3. Schools shall submit a hard copy of the certification to DSWD through this division, reflecting the number of learner-beneficiaries in their schools who have completed at least 85% of their required attendance per month for Compliance Period 5 (October-November 2022) on or before January 16, 2022 (12 NN).
4. A soft copy of the prescribed template for the said certification may be accessed at https://bitly/4pscompliancecert. This is essential so that the household beneficiaries can receive the educational cash grants for Compliance Period 5 of 2022.
3. It is reiterated and emphasized that school heads or their designated nonteaching personnel shall be in charge of consolidating such information from teachers, as applicable, for subsequent submission to the DSWD. This is to unload teachers of tasks not related to teaching.
