1. Authority is hereby granted to Cesar Chester O. Relleve, Education Program Supervisor of GMRC/Values Education/EsP/Guidance, to conduct a virtual meeting on January 8, 2026 (Thursday), from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, via MS Teams.
2. The agenda for this meeting are as follows:

3. Attendees of this meeting are the focal persons of GMRC and Values Education— one per school, preferably Head Teachers, Master Teachers, or any designated focal person for the said learning area.
4. Participation in this meeting shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task, as well as other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. School Heads must ensure that teachers coordinate their schedules to avoid class disruptions and maintain engaged time-on-task.
