1. The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) releases National Budget Circular No. 584 on the Implementation of the Second Tranche of the Modified Salary Schedule for Civilian Personnel in the National Government Pursuant to Republic Act (RA) No. 11466.
2. In relation to this, the field is directed to submit Notice of Salary Adjustment (NOSA) in two (2) hard copies on or before February 8, 2021 using the attached template. (Annex A)
3. The Personnel in-charge are likewise advised to update the service record and other related documents of all teaching and non-teaching employees.
4. Enclosed in this Memorandum is the National Budget Circular No. 584 for your reference.
