1. In reference to DepEd Order 86, s. 2012: re: Guidelines on Revitalizing Girl
Scouting in Schools Nationwide and as part of the GSP Triennium Calendar of
Activities, the field is hereby informed of the GSP Court of Awards for East Unit on
January 20, 2024, Saturday at 1:00-5:00 PM to give recognition and acknowledgment to the efforts extended by our Troop Leaders extended to the
movement for the past triennium. This will be held at National College of Science and Technology (NCST), Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
2. Moreover, a registration fee of P320.00 per head which includes snacks and
materials shall be collected from the participants. The attire for women is the official GSP uniform with a scarf and any polo/polo barong for men.
3. Enclosed herewith is the program, the list of awardees for the 2024 Court of
Awards, and members of Technical Working Group (TWG).
4. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. All non-teaching personnel who will be rendering services on the above-mentioned date are entitled to compensatory time-off (CTO) or overtime credits which can be used for leave purposes valid for one year. Likewise, the teaching personnel shall be entitled to service credits which can be used to offset absences incurred due to illness. These shall be valid and binding until they are separated or retired from service.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
