1. In response to the issues and concerns received by this office relative to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Work and Financial Plans adjustment and approval of FY 2025 GAA, the Division Budget and Finance Unit will conduct technical assistance to all Non-Implementing Units (Elementary, Junior High School 86 Senior High School) on January 7, 2024, 2:00 pm at CSDO Bulwagang Sigasig.
2. The objective of this activity is to ensure that our financial planning aligns with the education goals and operational needs and to provide technical support in execution of the work and financial plan for the upcoming school year. Specifically, the scope of assistance includes:
a. review and analysis of current financial plans; and
b. recommendations for budget allocations and resource optimization assistance in finalizing the financial plan documents.
