The Legal Unit of DepEd Region IV-A will be conducting a virtual capacity-building for Chairpersons and Members of the Formal Investigation Committee on February 9-11, 2021. The participants of the activity are selected personnel of the regional office and schools division offices who act as chairpersons or members of the formal investigation committees in their respective office. For this Division, the following are the selected participants based on the list provided in the attached Regional Memorandum dated January 19, 2021 with addendum dated January 25, 2021:
- Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (1)
- Chiefs of the CID and SGOD (2)
- Division Supervisors (2)
- Representative from the Division Principals’ Association
- Representative from the Division Teachers’ Association
