1. Relative to Regional Memorandum no. 420 5. 2020 dated August 28, 2020, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), announces the UTILIZATION OF TILE KINDERGARTEN PARENT TOOL KIT as one of the outputs in the National Online Training for Kindergarten Remote Teaching and Learning: Developmentally Appropriate Responses in the time of COVID-19 last September 14-18, 2020.
2. The Kindergarten Parent Tool Kit aims to:
a. explore ways to integrate Kindergarten curricular contents and competencies through playbased learning at home;
b. strengthen understanding of developing skills in the different domains of literacy appropriate for home-based learning; and
c. strengthen critical thinking at home through stories and literacy conversations.
3. Attached is the copy of the Kindergarten Parent Tool Kit.
