1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 785, s. 2025, titled “2026 Division Festival of Talents (DFOT)”, this Addendum Memorandum is hereby issued to provide additional guidance and reference, particularly on the additional category, corresponding dates, and designated venues, to ensure the orderly and efficient conduct of the activity.
2. The updated schedule of events is presented in the table below for the information and guidance of all concerned.
