1. Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 262, s. 2019 re: Conduct of Make—up Classes, this Office hereby informs the field regarding the clarifications made on the conduct of make-up classes to compensate the lost school days.
2. Stipulations in DepEd Order No. 07, s. 2019 titled Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar for School Year 2019- 2020 provides that the conduct of make-up classes is recommended in lieu of class cancellation due to celebrations and holidays, as well as man-made and other unexpected class suspension for the purpose of ensuring quality in the school operations by maximizing contact time and curriculum coverage.
3. In view of the foregoing, all public elementary and secondary schools are hereby directed to prepare a Flexible Learning Option (FLO) plan to implement and cover the lessons missed for the Third Quarter only. Below are the periods of class suspensions to wit: …
