1. In line with our continuous efforts to enhance the quality of education and provide better learning opportunities for our students, the Social Mobilization and Networking Section will conduct a comprehensive mapping of resources generated by schools from external partners.
2. This initiative aims to identify and document the various forms of support and resources that schools have acquired from external partners, including but not limited to financial donations, equipment, and learning materials, and volunteer services. The objective of the mapping is to create a detailed inventory of resources generated from external partners and assess their impact on school programs and student outcomes.
3. Onsite mapping will commence on January 12, to March 2025, with participation from 45 public schools on a random basis. Each school shall prepare a report for the FY 2024-2025 detailing the resources obtained from external partners. The report should include the type of resources, the name of the partner, the value or quantity of the resource, and the date it was received.
4. The collected data will be used to develop strategies for strengthening partnerships and maximizing the benefits of external support for our schools. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to this important initiative.
