1. This is to inform ALL members of the Dasmarinas City Teachers’ Chorale that a planning meeting will be conducted to discuss activities and directions of the DCTC for the year 2026. The meeting shall be held on January 8, 2026, 9:00am at the DIHS Journalism Room.
2. Agenda items include, but are not limited to:
a. Review of DCTC activities and performance for 2025
b. Planning of programs, performances, and engagements for 2026
c. Membership concerns and rehearsal schedules
d. Other Matters
3. Attendance is a must. Enclosed in this memorandum is the list of participating members.
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
